Job Description

The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support in functional areas of the Human Resources Department, including HRIS, Personnel Records, Compensation and Benefits/COBRA, Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations including Company Performance Reviews process. Additionally, supports HR Research and Development and Training Programs. Partner with Sr. HR Director and other key YGG members to research and support development of continued Organizational Development.

  • New Hire Orientations, employee counseling and termination process
  • Benefit Administration
  • Reporting including headcount, insurance, COBRA, 125 Plan, EEO etc.
  • Employee Time and Attendance and Payroll Processing
  • Wellness Program
  • Awards and Recognition
  • Data Research and Analysis as it relates to compensation and/or benefit activities
  • DISC Profile

Job Requirements

2-3 years minimum experience as HR Assistant

Benefit Administration

Recruiting experience a plus

Worldwide HR Experience is a plus

Excellent people, written and verbal skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio a plus

Experiences using HRIS System (SAP) a plus
